Exercise routine:

  • Sculpt your index and middle fingers into a closed peace sign.
  • Place the fingernails of both fingers on top of your brows and use it to push the skin down.
  • Quickly move your brows up and down, with the weight of your fingernails heavily mounted on it.
  • Repeat it 10 times with 6 sets.

Exercise routine:

  • Place all five fingers on each of your cheekbones
  • Lift the skin around the cheekbone gently with your fingers.
  • Form an elongated “O”; with your mouth opened.
  • Hold for 5 seconds.

  • Position your head backwards until you’re looking at the ceiling.

  • Throw your head backwards, and push your chin forward.
  • Suck your cheeks in as much as possible
  • Hold for 5 seconds
  • Complete 10-15 sets
